AI for Reliability

What is AI for Reliability?

AI for Reliability is QKTech’s practice for putting AI and automation to work on the business-critical systems and workflows that carry your business, and on the cloud infrastructure beneath them. Most enterprises have automation running somewhere, yet only a few can claim it made those operations more reliable. We start every engagement from a measured baseline, and the gain shows up in figures a CFO recognizes.

The practice brings together the intelligent automation work QKTech has delivered for two decades. It standardizes manual processes first, then extends them with agents that act inside approval gates and audit trails, and it modernizes the systems underneath through cloud migration. Every agent passes the GATES checks in our Reliability of AI practice before it runs on its own.

Automate what is holding your business back

Three ways we put AI to work on your operations

Improve efficiency and accelerate results with intelligent automation services that grow with your business.

Business Process Automation

Rising costs and fragmented workflows restrict growth when resources are limited. We help you identify and automate the processes holding you back. This improves efficiency and speed while strengthening quality and compliance with clear success metrics established from the outset.

Agentic Automation

Reduce document backlogs and delays in processes that require judgment. AI agents complete complex tasks within your existing approval gates and audit trails. Our rigorous evaluation helps you automate confidently while maintaining control and compliance.

Infrastructure Automation

Modernize your infrastructure without disrupting critical operations. We automate provisioning and compliance, then sequence your cloud migration to keep the business running. Our platforms give your teams one view of assets and spend.

AI-native platforms that scale reliability

Platforms that make automation gains repeatable

Our engineers bring Techniqk, our own platform suite, into every automation program alongside the RPA and cloud platforms you already license. Reusable assets shorten setup, and the same dashboards report results from the first automated process to the last.

Teqk

Multi-cloud orchestration with self-service provisioning, compliance automation and cost visibility for every cloud account.

qRace

AI-led test generation and self-healing scripts that confirm each automated workflow still works after every change.

Nimbus AI

Scores agents and bots across 60+ dimensions, including accuracy and safety, before they take on work unsupervised.

We automate on the platforms our clients already run, which keeps licensing where it is and speeds up the first release.

Helps improve AI agents with continuous evaluation, observability and tracing, learning from real production signals.

Named International Agentic Testing Pioneer in the UiPath 2026 Partner Awards, recognizing our agent-led testing and automation work on the UiPath platform.

FAQs

Common questions about AI for Reliability

What is the difference between AI for Reliability and Reliability of AI?

AI for Reliability uses AI and automation to make your existing operations more reliable. Reliability of AI works in the other direction, making the AI and agents you build reliable enough to run unsupervised. Many programs need both.

Is intelligent automation the same as RPA?

Robotic process automation is one tool within it. Intelligent automation also covers agentic automation, process discovery and infrastructure automation, along with the evaluation that shows whether an automated process performs better than the manual one it replaced.

How do you measure whether automation paid off?

We agree a baseline before work starts, covering processing time, error rate and cost per transaction, and report the same measures after go-live. For one automotive manufacturer, that baseline showed cost-analysis runs falling from 12 to 15 days to about 10 minutes.

Can agents act on their own in regulated processes?

They can, within limits you set. Agents work inside approval gates and audit trails, a person signs off wherever policy requires it, and each agent passes the GATES checks before it runs unsupervised.

Do we need to replace our existing automation tools?

In most engagements we build on the platforms already in place and add process discovery, agent design and measurement around them.

Tell us which process costs you most

Share the operation that runs on manual steps, or the automation you have deployed but cannot yet prove is working. A practice lead will come back with where it fits, the baseline we would measure and what a first phase would return, in the figures your finance team already tracks.
