Domain expertise for Digital Channel like Internet banking, Mobile banking, cards, Payments and Treasury, and CBS(liabilities), and CIB. Primary Responsibility: Own overall testing quality, AI test strategy alignment, and onetime delivery leveraging platform capabilities. Define and own the AI-integrated Test Strategy, overall test planning, resource requirements, and technical skill mapping. Drive AI-led test process improvement initiatives Engage with Client stakeholders for risk mitigation, change management, and status reporting. Consolidate and report AI-powered test metrics and platform-based insights. Lead knowledge management. Create test design and execution plans. Track milestones and AI-based automation adoption KPIs. Serve as the primary escalation point. Lead daily defect triages. Ensure full utilization of onsite-offshore test collaboration. Responsible for metrics definition, measurement, and reporting.. The planning and creation of appropriate automation tooling (e.g. test automation). Adhere to operational technical procedures and policies. Accountable for meeting allocated technical and/or project/supervisory objectives. Ensure the CAB process is adhered to and agreed processes are followed. Where appropriate, demonstrate the capabilities of a technical lead within projects and act as an SME for operational and project purposes.
