What You’ll Do and What You’ll Bring
7-9 years of experience in Software Testing, with at least 4 years in a Test Lead role
Strong Telecom OSS/BSS domain experience (OSS/BSS, Billing, CRM, Order Management, Inventory Management, etc.), especially in large?scale transformation or modernization programs (demonstrated through Work Experience and/or Certification)
Proven experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) & End-to-End (E2E) testing across multiple applications and vendors
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs (REST), message queues, and integration patterns
Knowledge on AI / Generative AI concepts, principles, tools, LLM models
Experience with test management and defect management tools – JIRA, ALM/Octane
Hands on experience in leading / implementing at least 3+ mid-size Automation projects
Hands-on experience in leading teams for Indian and/or International Clients in Telecom sector
Experience in managing Agile and Waterfall projects
Good knowledge / experience in Performance Testing / Engineering
Strong communication skills, managing stakeholder expectations, perception management, reporting skills
