About Sushil
Sushil Tanna is a technology and business leader with more than 23 years of experience building and scaling consulting and quality engineering businesses. At QKTech, he has a proven record of incubating new business units from the ground up and growing them into sustainable, revenue-generating practices. Most notably, he founded the Data & AI Services unit, shaping its vision, offerings, and go-to-market strategy, and has built it into a profitable business with a sizeable team of highly talented experts serving some of the largest banks and enterprises across key global markets.
Sushil holds full accountability for the unit’s revenue, profitability, and talent strategy. Under his leadership, the practice has established itself in high-value areas such as AI and conversational agent evaluation, regulatory and compliance assurance, large-scale data validation and migration, and test data management transformation. Its portfolio spans engagements with leading private and multinational banks, including the evaluation of voice agents, the validation of regulator-mandated reports, and critical data programs for major institutions.
Before QKTech, Sushil spent 11 years at Tata Consultancy Services, including eight in its global consulting practice, advising enterprises across the US, UK, and Australia. He holds an MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California and a B.E. from Mumbai University. A committed mentor, he places strong emphasis on developing talent and building teams equipped for the next wave of data and AI.
