Gautam Khanna is Head of MEA at QKTech, leading regional strategy, growth, and strategic partnerships. With over three decades in IT services, he helps banks and enterprises build digital trust through AI-led Quality Engineering and AI Reliability. Previously, Gautam spent 25 years at Hexaware Technologies, most recently as Vice President and Head of Middle East. He built the regional business from the ground up, established operations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and expanded its banking presence. Known for P&L leadership and executive stakeholder engagement, he builds strong local teams and lasting partnerships, combining regional knowledge with innovation to drive sustainable growth.
