Amit Pareek is a seasoned finance and strategy leader with over two decades of experience in scaling global B2B technology and services businesses. As Group Chief Financial Officer at QKTech since April 2025 (CFO since 2017), he leads Finance, Corporate Development, Legal, and Administration, driving financial strategy, governance, and long-term value creation while preparing the organization for its next phase of growth. Under his stewardship, QK has scaled across 9 countries, accomplished 3 M&A’s, strengthened its international structure, and built a robust, board-visible framework compliance and investor readiness. Previously, Amit served as Director of Finance at Endurance International Group, where he led the finance integration of a landmark acquisition. He has also held leadership roles at NXP Semiconductors, Trident Microsystems, and Entropic Communications, building finance functions from the ground up through acquisitions and divestitures.
A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, with executive education from IIM Ahmedabad and MIT Sloan, his deep financial acumen and business-partnering approach make him a catalyst for sustainable growth and enterprise value.
