Chitra Ramaswamy is a Founding Member and Executive Director – Technology & Innovations of QKTech, bringing over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, including more than 25 years with QKTech. As one of the architects of the company’s journey since its inception, she has played a central role in building QKTech into one of the world’s leading digital quality engineering and reliability organizations.

A visionary leader in quality engineering and digital transformation, Chitra has been instrumental in driving QKTech’s operational excellence and global expansion across industries and geographies. She has spearheaded the adoption of DevOps, Agile, and automation-led testing frameworks, ensuring speed, precision, and reliability across client engagements.

Standing at the helm of QKTech’s delivery and governance functions, Chitra continues to mentor teams, strengthen governance processes, and champion customer-centric innovation across every function. The Digital Leader Program she spearheaded not only builds technical skills but also mentors employees, helping them become future-ready leaders and ensuring a robust pipeline of skilled talent within the organization.
